Adding a New Slide
Slide layouts contain placeholders, formatting, and positioning for all content in a slide.
You can add slides with different layouts to present the content effectively.
To add a new slide to a presentation:
1. Click the slide in the Slides pane after which you want to add the new slide.
2. On the Home tab, click the New Slide down arrow in the Slides group.

3. Click the desired slide layout in the list.
A new slide with the selected layout is inserted after Time Saver
the selected slide. New Slide: Ctrl + M
Deleting a Slide
You can delete a slide that you no longer need. To delete a slide:
1. In the Slides pane, select the slide you want to delete.
2. Press the Delete key.
Formatting Text in a Slide
You can format text in a slide to make it stand out from other text and impart it a
distinct style.
