              POWERPOINT VIEWS
              PowerPoint has numerous views for

              creating, organising, viewing, and displaying
              a presentation.

              Normal View
The Normal view is where you create and
design your presentation. It has three

panes - Slides, Slide, and an optional Notes
pane at the bottom of the window. The
Slides pane is where you go to navigate between slides and rearrange, add, or delete
slides from a presentation. The Slide pane is used to edit the contents of a single slide.
The Notes pane is where the speaker keeps track of their notes on the current slide.

              Outline View
The Outline view displays one slide at a
time in the Slide pane and changes the

Slides pane to Outline pane. The Outline
pane displays text on the slides in the form
              of headings and sub-headings.
