Viewing Emails
The Inbox folder is used to view all the received emails with the sender’s name, subject, date and time of the
email.
To view emails, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the Inbox option in the left pane of the window. Various messages will appear in the right
pane. The unread emails appear bold and the emails that have been read look normal.
Step 2: Click on any email to read it. The content of selected email will be displayed.

Sending Emails
The Compose option is used to send emails to one or more persons. To send an email, sign in with your Gmail
account and follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the Compose button in the left pane of the window. A New Message window appears.
