Grouping Objects
Grouping makes the selected shape, and image objects as one object, so that they can be selected or manipulated
together.

Step 1: Insert each shape and then stack them or place them as you want.
Step 2: Select each shape while holding the Shift key.
Step 3: From the Format menu, select Group and then click the Group option.

Or
Right-click on the selected objects from the shortcut menu and click on Group option.
All the selected shapes or objects will get grouped as single object showing single selection.

The shortcut key to group the
objects is Ctrl+Shift +G.

Ungrouping Objects
Ungrouping separates the grouped object back to individual shapes.
Step 1: Right-click on the grouped object.

Step 2: From the shortcut menu, click on Ungroup option.
All the objects in that group get separated as individual objects.
