        Non-Verbal Communication
        Non-verbal communication occurs when information is exchanged without using spoken or written words.
        Thus, non-verbal communication is the process of communication through wordless messages.
        Let us discuss various non-verbal communication methods.

                                                   Non-verbal Communication
        v   Body movements, such as hand gestures, nodding, shaking the head, arm-crossing and leg-crossing, reflect
            the feelings and attitude of the person. For example, nodding with a smile conveys you are agreeable to the
            idea.
        v   Eye contact communicates the level of involvement, interest, and warmth. It determines the level of trust and
            trustworthiness. Staring and blinking are essential non-verbal behaviours. Looking at another person can
            indicate a range of emotions including hostility, interest, and attraction. Normal steady eye contact is often
            perceived as a sign that a person is telling the truth and is trustworthy.
