Step 4: Click on Stop Recording button. You’ve just recorded a macro with the Macro Recorder. The BASIC
Macros dialog box will open.

Step 5: Select the current worksheet. For example, the current Calc worksheet is Untitled 9. Existing worksheets
show a library named Standard. This library is not created until the worksheet is saved. You can create
a new library to contain the macro, but this is not necessary.
Step 6: Click on New Module button. If no libraries exist, then the Standard library is automatically created
and used. In the New Module dialog box, type a name for the new module or leave the name as
Module1.

Step 7: Click the OK button to create a module named MyModule. Select the newly created Module, enter the
macro name, say Per in the Macro Name: box and click the Save button.
