        An adjective is a word that describes a noun or pronoun.
        Read the following sentences.

               It is a high wall. (high tells us more about the noun wall)
            l
               He has a big umbrella. (big tells us about the size of the umbrella)
            l
               Suraj asked for six toffees. (six tells us about the number of toffees)
            l
               The tall boy borrowed my book. (tall tells us about the noun boy)
            l

          Let’s Learn Position of Adjectives

        Adjectives are generally placed before nouns, but sometimes they are also placed after nouns.
        For example:
               Rahul is an intelligent boy. (adjective placed before noun)
            l
