A. Enact the following conversation in pairs.
Soniya : Roshan, why are you looking upset?

Roshan : I am feeling bad about something.
Soniya : What are you feeling bad about?

Roshan : I am feeling bad because I lied.
Soniya : Who did you lie to?

Roshan : I lied to my maths teacher.
Soniya : What did you tell her?

Roshan : I told her that my dog had eaten my homework.
Soniya : What is the truth?

Roshan : The truth is that I did not do my homework, and my teacher knew I was lying.
Soniya : So what did you do?

Roshan : I apologised and told her that I would not lie again.

B. Enact the following conversation in pairs.
Aman : There is a new boy in our class.

Anu : What is his name?
Aman : His name is Raman.
Anu : What sort of boy is he?

Aman : He is a very polite boy.

Anu : Is he good at studies?
Aman : Oh yes! He got full marks in English and science.
