        Prepositions are words that are used before nouns or pronouns to show the place, position,
        time or method.

        On the basis of its function, a preposition is classified as a preposition of place, time or
        direction.

        Prepositions of Place

        These are prepositions that show where something is located.
        For example: at, in, on, under, between, above, behind, by, etc.
