Form two groups. One group will perform an action, and the students of the
other group will identify it, and say the action word.

Listening & Speaking Time
Verbs The teacher will do this class activity with all the students participating in it
together. The teacher will say to the class, “I sit on my chair.” The students
will reply, “You sit on your chair.” The teacher will go to a corner of the room
and say, “I am standing here.” The students will reply, “You are standing there.”
Repeat this exercise several times, so that they are able to form simple present
and present continuous form of sentences easily.
