Let’s Learn the Use of Verbs in Past Tense
The past tense tells us about the actions that happened in the past.
We usually add -ed to change the verbs into past.
The dog barked at the strangers. We played cricket.
He watched television. The boy cleaned his cupboard.
In the above sentences, barked, played, watched and cleaned are the verbs
in the past time.
