          ¾      To make a negative sentence, we add had not + been before the present participle form of
                 the main verb.

          ¾      To make an interrogative sentence, we add had before subject + been followed by the
                 present participle form of the main verb.

          Future Perfect Tense

          The future perfect tense is used:

          ¾      to explain an activity that will be completed by a certain time in the future.
                 Read the sentence given below.

                    • The coconut tree will have grown by the end of this year.

          Sentence Formation in Future Perfect Tense
          ¾      To make a positive sentence, we add will have before the past participle form of the main
                 verb.

                 Read the sentence given below.
                    • We will have completed our training by the end of this month.

          ¾      To make a negative sentence, we add will not + have before the past participle form of the
                 main verb.
                 Read the sentence given below.

                    • They will not have arrived by the time the show starts.

          ¾      To make an interrogative sentence, we add will before subject + have followed by the past
                 participle form of the main verb.

                    • Will they have sold the house before the auction starts?

          Future Perfect Continuous Tense
          The future perfect continuous tense is used:

          ¾      to talk about an action that will have started in the past and will still be happening at a
                 certain time in the future.
