Dear Sir,
Subject: Poor maintenance of the public park
Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I want to draw the attention of the
authorities concerned to the poor maintenance of the public park in our locality.
Public parks are the lungs of localities where residents come and refresh their minds.
But, in our colony, the park is not well maintained because of the utter negligence of
the authorities. The nearby residents are using the area as a public convenience. Many
rowdies create disturbance and do not help in the upkeep of the park. Miscreants
sit and gamble here in the broad daylight. In reality, the park has become a hub of
activity for all types of evil characters.
If immediate action is not taken, the park will become a cause of nuisance for the
colony.
I hope the authorities concerned would take immediate steps to do the needful.
Yours faithfully,
Rajeev Arora
