● To convert hours into minutes, multiply the given hours by 60. For
example, 3 hours = 3 × 60 = 180 minutes,

5 hours 20 minutes = 5× 60 + 20 = 320 minutes.

● To convert week into days, multiply the given weeks by 7. For example,
2 weeks = 2 × 7 = 14 days,

3 weeks 18 days = 3 × 7 + 18 = 21 + 18 = 39 days.
● To convert days into hours, multiply the given days by 24. For example,
3 days = 3 × 24 = 72 hours,

5 days 32 hours = 5 × 24 + 32 = 120 + 32 = 152 hours.

● To convert months into days, multiply the given months by 30. For example,
5 months = 5 × 30 = 150 days,

8 months 122 days = 8 × 30 + 122 = 240 + 122 = 362 days.
