Weight of banana is less by = – 1 2 0 g
Weight of banana = 4 9 5 g
Hence, weight of banana is 495 g.
Example 2. A grocer had 50 kg of rice. He sold 12 kg 875 g to one customer and 24 kg
75 g to another customer. Find the weight of rice left with him.
Solution: Total quantity of rice = 50 kg
