is the total distance covered by her?

9 During a visit to his relative’s house, Mr. Gupta covered 18
km 375 m by bus, and 4 km 299 m by car. He was still 3 km
19 m away from the house. Find the total distance covered
by him to visit his relative.

10 During summer vacation, Yashika covered 319 km by aeroplane
and 270 km 537 m by car. Her total journey was of 700 km as
she covered the rest distance by boat. How much distance was
covered by the boat?
