A C T I V I T Y T I M E

Objective: To understand the concept of fraction.

Materials Required: A-4 size sheets of paper and chart paper.

Procedure:
1. The teacher will provide A-4 size sheet of paper to all the students and tell them to

create various fractions by folding, tearing, cutt ing or shading.

2. One student will paste the work done by all the students on a chart paper and the
teacher will discuss them in terms of appropriateness.
