CREATING A PHOTO ALBUM PRESENTATION

A Photo Album is a presentation that displays your selected pictures and images.

PowerPoint always creates a new presentation for a photo album.
To create a photo album presentation:

1. On the Insert tab, click the Photo Album button in
the Images group. 1

The Photo Album dialog box opens.
2. Click the File/Disk.. button.
The Insert New Pictures dialog box opens.

3. Select all the pictures you want to include in your
photo album.

4. Click the Insert button. 4
The selected pictures are added to the Pictures in album list in the Photo

Album dialog box.

5. In the Album Layout section:
• click the Picture layout down arrow and select a layout style for the pictures.

• click the Frame shape down arrow and select a frame for the pictures.

• click the Browse button and select a theme for the album from the Choose
Theme dialog box.

6. Click the Create button.

PowerPoint creates the photo album presentation and displays it.
