MICROSOFT EDGE

Microsoft Edge is the default web browser in Windows 10. Apart from letting you
open web pages and search for information, it enables you to take snapshots of
web pages and annotate them. It also allows you to read a web page without any

distractions.

Starting Microsoft Edge 2

To start Microsoft Edge:
1. Click the Start button.

The Start menu appears.

2. In the list of programs, click Microsoft Edge.

Tabs

Microsoft Edge allows you to open multiple web pages in the same window. Each
web page opens in a Tab. The tabs for different web pages are present at the top of
the Edge window. By default, the Start page opens in the Start tab.

New Tab Button
The New Tab button is present next to the last open tab. It is used to open a new

tab in the same browser window.
