Step 3: Click on the Report Spam icon to move all the selected e-mails to Spam folder.

Step 4: Click on the Spam folder icon on the left part of the window.

Select all the spam messages and click on Delete forever button to delete the messages.

REMOVING TEMPORARY FILES FROM THE COMPUTER
An operating system creates several files for its use too. These files include log files, error reports, installation
reports, temporary Internet files and other miscellaneous files. Over a period of time, these files also take up a
large amount of disk space. Thus, these need to be cleaned up for freeing disk space.
The steps to clean up temporary files in Windows are:

Step 1: Click on the Start button.
Step 2: In the search box on the taskbar, type disk cleanup, and select Disk Cleanup from the list of results.

Step 3: Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK.
Step 4: Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
Step 5: Select OK button.
