POWERPOINT VIEWS

PowerPoint has numerous views for creating, organising, viewing, and displaying a
presentation. The five views available in PowerPoint 2019 are Normal view, Outline
view, Slide Sorter view, Notes Page view, and Reading view.

Normal View

The Normal view is where you create and
design your presentation. It has three
panes - Slides, Slide, and an optional
Notes pane at the bottom of the window.

The Slides pane is where you go to navigate
between slides and rearrange, add, or
delete slides from a presentation. The

Slide pane is used to edit the contents of a
single slide. The Notes pane is where the
speaker keeps track of their notes on the
current slide.

You can open and close the Notes pane by clicking the Notes button on the
status bar. The Notes are not displayed to the audience during a slide show.

Outline View

The Outline view displays one slide at a
time in the Slide pane and changes the
