The Set pen color to block lets you create different colours by using
the sliders under Color, Saturation, and Brightness options. You can
also select a colour by clicking the Color picker tool and clicking any

colour on the Stage.

Experiential Learning
Let us make the Cat sprite draw a rectangle on the Stage.
1. Open a new project.
2. Create the stack of blocks as shown in the given image.

3. Click the Go button to run the project.
The Cat sprite moves and draws a rectangle in blue colour.

DRAWING POLYGONS

The Pen blocks can be used to draw circles and polygons with different number of
sides in different sizes and colours. Recall that a polygon is a closed shape made of
3 or more line segments. Examples of polygons are triangles, rectangles, pentagons,

hexagons, etc.
