          knowledge centres and data warehouses

to enable data access to a large number

          Cloud Storage

Cloud storage, also known as Online Data storage, is a technology which allows a
user to store data on a remote computer called a Cloud server via the Internet. The
data saved in the cloud can be accessed by the user from any location. Personal

documents, pictures, videos, and financial data are common types of data stored on
          the cloud.

                Health Tip

Sitting for long time in front of a computer can cause cramps and aches in legs and knees.
Doing the stretching exercise given below can help relax leg muscles and knees.

               1. Sit up straight on a chair, with your feet flat on the floor.
               2. Lift one leg until it’s parallel with the floor and
straight out in front of you. Contract the muscle
on the front of your upper thigh.

               3. Hold for a second, then lower the leg back to
                  the starting position.
               4. Repeat 10 times for each leg.
