Formatting Text
Formatting text refers to modifying the font, font style, and size of text in a
document to change its appearance.
Font: It is the typeface in which text appears in the document.

Font style: It refers to the way the appearance of text can be altered to give
it a distinct look, such as Regular, Bold, and Italics.

Size: It refers to the height and width of the text to make it appear bigger
or smaller.

To format text:
1. Click the Format menu in the Menu bar.
2. Select Font... from the drop-down menu.
The Font dialog box appears.
3. Select the required font, style, and size from the respective list boxes
in the dialog box.
A preview of the text appears in the Sample box.
