By default, Paint saves all drawings in .PNG format. You can save the drawing in
other formats such as .JPG, .GIF or .TIF.

OPENING A SAVED DRAWING

You can open a saved drawing to view or edit it. 1
To open a saved drawing:

1. Click the File tab.

2. From the list of options, click the Open option. 2

The Open dialog box appears.

3. Select the drawing you want to open.
4. Click the Open button. Time Saver

Paint opens the selected drawing. Open Picture: Ctrl + O

Mind Fog ERROR

If you do not save the current drawing and create a new

drawing, Paint prompts you to save the drawing before
creating a new one.

EXITING PAINT
To exit Paint:

1. Click the Close button on the Title bar. Time Saver

Paint window closes. If your drawing is not saved, Exit Paint: Alt + F4

Paint prompts you to save it before closing.
