Insert and Format Graphical Objects in Presentation

It is rightly said that ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’. To express our words with more clarity, visually
appealing graphic objects such as images and shapes are added to the presentation. Graphical objects play a
very vital role for designing an effective presentation. They not only make the slides attractive but also help the
presenter to express the core idea behind the slide or the presentation. Impress supports following extensions:
GIF, JPEG, PNG and BMP.

Inserting Objects in a Slide
When you insert a new content slide, it gets inserted with four icons on it. You can simply click on these icons
and insert objects in the slide.

Insert Table Insert Chart

Insert Image Insert Audio or Video

Inserting an Image from a File
To insert a picture:
Step 1: Click on Insert and select Image option.
Or
Click on Insert Image option from Standard toolbar.

Step 2: The Insert Image dialog box appears. Select the picture to be inserted.
