Create and Use Table in Presentation
A table contains information arranged in horizontal rows and vertical columns. Tables are generally used to
organise text or numerical data. When you fi rst insert a table into a presentation appears as a simple grid with
black gridlines defi ning the rows and columns. In Impress, you can modify the appearance of table as per your
choice. A well designed table conveys information in more meaningful way.
Inserting Table
There are two ways to insert a table in Impress.
Using Insert Tab
To insert a table:
Step 1: Click on the Insert menu and select Table option. The Table dialog box will appear.
