Setting up Data Source
A data source is a database containing the name and address records (and optionally other information) from
which a mailing list may be derived.
Step 1: Go to File menu  Wizard submenu  Address Data Source option.

Step 2: In the Address Book Data Source Wizard dialog box, select the Other external data source radio button.
Click the Next button.
