          Let’s Learn Cases of Nouns

The case refers to how nouns are used in relation to other words in a sentence. The three

cases are subjective, objective, and possessive.

        Subjective Case

The subjective case, often known as nominative case, is used as the subject or the doer of the
verb in a sentence. For example:

               Vikram is reading a book.
            O
               Shweta enjoyed her English lessons.
            O
The subjective case of a noun can also be a predicate, in which it follows a be verb and
renames the subject of the sentence. For example:
                He is a student.
            O
               She should be a leader.
            O Nouns
