Listening & Speaking Time
The teacher will make a list of some simple sentences with nouns or adjectives or
adverbs, where the subject and predicate are one word. The teacher will call students
one by one and give him/her any of the sentences which are in the list. After clearly
listening to the sentence uttered by the teacher, the student will imagine, construct and
replace one-word noun or adjective or adverb by a phrase, which should be more than
one word. The student will speak the new sentence loudly to the class. The teacher
will correct and help the student if required.

Teacher : My sister likes the movie.
Student : My sister likes the movie very much.
Teacher : This lamp is old.
Student : This lamp is of olden times.
Teacher : The coach scolded the player rudely.
