          Notice Writing

        A  notice reaches a large number of people. In a simple and eye-catching manner, it

        conveys information to the relevant people. It is most often used to draw attention to an
        upcoming event.

        Format for writing a notice:

               a notice is always written in a box.
            O
               the name of the organisation should be clearly written on the top.
            O
               next should be the word NOTICE. Then the date and the subject of the notice.
            O
               the body of the notice should be precise and to the point.
            O
               then, write the writer’s signature, name (in block letters) and designation.
            O
               the sentences should be short and grammatically correct.
            O


        A.  You are Shweta, the Head Girl of Delhi Public School. Your school is initiating a Green Drive
             on 3  March as part of World Wildlife Day celebration. Write a notice, in not more than 50
