Amazing Trees
Trees are very important. Trees can be considered the lifeline of every living being on planet Earth
because all living beings, whether humans, animals, reptiles, or any other organisms are dependent
on trees for oxygen to breathe.
Let's know about these amazing trees.
1. Coast Redwood trees are the tallest trees on the planet.
They can grow 300 feet high or more as compared to the
tallest pine tree at 268 feet or the tallest tanoak at 162 feet.
2. Baobab tree is one of the world’s strangest looking trees
which is found in Madagascar and Africa. It has a large
tank-like trunk and its branches look like the roots of the
tree.
3. Chile Pine tree is also known as the monkey puzzle tree
because even a monkey would find it difficult to climb this
tree.
4. Balsa tree has the world’s lightest and softest wood. It
has a life span around 30 to 40 years. It is native to the
rainforests of South America.
5. Traveler’s tree is found in Madagascar. The leaves of
this tree are arranged in a fan-like shape.
6. Tree of Life is the world’s loneliest tree found in the
desert of Bahrain.
