                           Waste Reusable




        Reusing waste maximises usability  of a resource. It helps reduce wastefulness of
        resources.

        Let’s learn about some ways to reduce waste of some commonly used items.


         1 Food Scraps

              Eggshells are a great source of nutrients. They can be
               used as soil fertilisers by drying them and making them

               into a powder form and sprinkling them on soil.

              Instead of using plastic bubble wrap or shredded paper,
               peanut shells can be used as packing material.



         2 Use Tea Bag


              Used tea bag can be used as a shoe deodorant. Used tea
               bag can absorb foul smell from the shoe.

              Used  tea leaves can be used as compost, it can easily
               degrade in the soil.

              Used tea bags can be stored and refrigerated to be used
               as ice packs for eyes.



         3   Empty Plastic Bottles


              Used  and  empty  plastic  bottles  can  be  used  as  plant
               pots.




         4   Empty Paper Towel or Toilet Rolls


              Used rolls can be used as pencil holders, etc.




         5 Old Shoe Boxes


              Old shoe boxes can be used to store things in an
               organised way.
