Speaker 3:  A good jog relieves all my tensions. It helps release a hormone named endorphin
                         that  gives  a  person  a  sense  of  bliss.  I  feel  calmer  and  can  focus  better  on  my
                         work after a jog.
              Speaker 4:  I have been overweight all my life. There was a time I couldn’t climb a flight of
                         stairs without breaking into a sweat. Jogging helped me shed twenty five kilos.
                         It also toned my body and brought it back to shape.
              Speaker 5:  Jogging makes me focused. I go for a jog at least three times a week. No matter
                         how much homework I may have to do or how many projects I have to submit,
                         I make sure I wake up early to take out time for a jog in the park.

            You will hear a talk by a speaker about the importance of having a hobby.

              Dear children, it’s wonderful to be here with you today. I am going to talk to you about why
              having a hobby is important for you.
              Do you know what a hobby is? A hobby is something we do because we enjoy it. A hobby
              gives direction to our creative energy. I will give you five reasons for pursuing a hobby:
              •  A hobby helps us to connect with ourselves as the key to get in touch with our inner self
                 is by doing what we like. And hobby is something we do because we like it.

              •  A hobby can be our stress-buster. It is the easiest way to restore our balance whenever
                 we are over stressed or overloaded with work.

              •  A  hobby  can  become  an  alternative  career  option,  too.  Many  people  have  made  a
                 flourishing  career  out  of  their  hobby.  What  can  be  more  rewarding  than  the  fact  that
                 your passion is not only a source of joy, but brings money for your sustenance?

              •  Hobbies have physical health benefits, too. People who are able to pursue their hobbies
                 are known to have lower blood pressure and better mental health.
              •  Hobbies break up routine and challenge us in different ways, that are different from work
                 and bring positivity to our routine. The great thing about picking up a new hobby is that
                 it provides an excellent outlet for challenging ourselves without the negative stress that
                 comes from a work-related challenge.

              So  it’s  time  to  cultivate  a  hobby  if  you  don’t  already  have  one!  Finding  a  new  hobby  isn't
              always easy. You can't just force yourself to like something; it has to come naturally. If you
              don't already have something you're interested in, try new things. Sign up for a hobby class
              that sounds interesting. The key to finding a new hobby and falling in love with it is keeping
              an open mind and being willing to give new things a try. You never know what might become
              your next favourite pastime!
