Example 7: If each bag of sugar weighs 23 kg 500 g, what is the total weight of 9 such bags?
Solution: Weight of one sugar bag = 23 kg 500 g
Weight of 9 such bags = 23 kg 500 g × 9

2 1 1 5 0 0 Hence, the weight of 9 sugar bags is 211 kg 500 g.
