Multiples of 6 are 6, 12 , 18, 24, ...
The first common multiple of 4 and 6 is 12.
Thus, the LCM of 4 and 6 is 12.

Different Types of Numbers
Even and Odd Number
Numbers that are multiples of 2 or leave no remainder when divided by 2 are called even
numbers.
All the numbers with 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 at ones place are even numbers.
Numbers that are not multiples of 2 or are not even are called odd numbers.
All the numbers with 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ones place are odd numbers.
