          Hindustan Time media is an Indian mass media company based in Delhi, India. It has holding in
          print, electronic and digital media. Hindustan Times Media’s flagship newspaper is the Hindustan
          Times, the second most widely read English Newspaper in India after The Times of India.
          Here is given a survey of a randomly printing press.

          Answer the following questions on the basis of the above data.
              1.  How many boxes are there in 745 rooms?

              3.  Calculate the number of newspapers printed by 107 printing machines per day.

                 Activity

        Activity based on Multiplication

          Objective        :  To enhance skills and accuracy for multiplication of 4-digit numbers.
          Intent or Aim  :  Many chits with a number between 1000 to 9999 written on each chit, bowls, dice
          Procedure:
            1.  This activity will be done in groups of 5 to 6 students.
            2.  Each group would be named like group A, group B, etc. Each group would be given a bowl
                full of chits and one dice.

            3.  The group will take turns of drawing chits, like group A first then group B and so on.
            4.  One student will draw a chit and call out the number on chit, say 2473.
            5.  Then another student of same group throw dice and call out the number on the dice, say 6.
            6.  All the students will work out the multiplication.

            7.  Then it will repeat with other groups.
            8.  Note all sums in the notebook and score 5 points for each correct sum.
            9.  At least 10 to 12 sums will be done.
           10.  The group with the highest total points, will be the winner.
