Checking Subtraction using Addition

There is a trick to check whether the subtraction done is correct or not.

The trick is: The sum of Check

‘Difference’ and ‘Subtrahend’ T O T O

If the sum of ‘Difference’ – 1 3 Subtrahend + 1 3
and ‘Subtrahend’ is equal to 2 2 Difference 3 5

‘Minuend’, the answer is correct.
