        If we use the same digits, like 5 and 5 to form a number, we will get only

        one 2-digit number.

        If we use 0 as one of the digits to form a 2-digit number, we will get only

        one 2-digit  number.

        For example: With the digits 6 and 0, we get only one 2-digit number,

                              that is, 60.


         Arrange the digits to make the smallest and the largest 2-digit numbers.
