                           Self-Care






        Self-care  is  a  sustainable  and  thorough  commitment  in  the  well-being  of  our  minds  and  bodies.
        It involves taking good care of our overall fitness, mainly through regular exercising, mindful eating,
        and sleeping well.

        Let us read about some self-care activities that we can also add in our routines.
                                         1.  Take a walk in the sun.



                                         2.  Spend sometime in nature.



                                         3.  Eat your leafy greens every day.


                                         4.  Regularly take a break from social media.



                                         5.  Journal your thoughts and feelings.



                                         6.   Express  your  emotions  to  someone,
                                            even if it’s a pet!



                                         7.  Give yourself permission to cry.


                                         8.    Practise  deep breathing for a few
                                             minutes every day.



                                         9.  Drink a cup of herbal tea.



                                         10.  Meditate or pray daily.


                                         11.  Get enough sleep.



                                         12.  Practise yoga.


                                         13.  Develop a hobby.



                                         14.  Try something new.
