Carry plenty of water with you along with a hand sanitiser
and a face mask.
Wear the seat belt at all times, even if you are in the back
seat.
Never sleep in the front seat. If you do so, there is a
greater chance that the driver will also feel sleepy.
When travelling by a bus or a train
Arrive at the bus terminus/railway station about 30–40 minutes prior
to the scheduled departure time.
Carry plenty of water with you along with a hand sanitiser, a face
mask, and loose change.
Secure your luggage with a chain and a padlock.
Get your ticket photocopied. Keep the original and photocopy in
separate places.
When travelling by train, do not get off at the stations that come along
the way. Stay inside the train at all times.
When travelling by bus, do not distract the driver in any way. Make
use of the halts to relieve yourself. But never go too far away from the
bus.
When travelling by an aeroplane
Arrive at the airport about two hours prior to the scheduled
departure time. There are many formalities to complete before
you will be allowed to board the aeroplane. If you arrive early,
you will not be rushed.
Carry a photo-identity with you. You will need it to prove your
identity.
Carry a waist pouch. Keep things such as your ticket, passport, boarding pass, paper soap,
hand sanitiser, face mask, and fruit gum.
Sometimes the checked-in luggage arrives late. Carry an extra set of clothes in the handbag
that you can take with you on the flight.
Often flyers complain of a tingling sensation in their ears. Some even complain of earaches.
Keep lollipops and chewing gum with you. Take one if you feel an uncomfortable sensation
in your ear, it will help you get over it.
