        After  the  second  world  war,  the  major  nations  of  the  world  saw  the  need  for  a  unifying  body  to
        maintain  peace  in  the  world  and  soon  after  the  United  Nations  Organisation  came  into  being.
        It became effective on 24 October 1945.

        The  United  Nations  is  constantly  working  to solve  pressing  challenges  and  improve  lives.  The
        aims and objectives of the UNO are:
