want to start by assessing yourself before you start sketching out a strategy. Learn about
your abilities, weaknesses, interests, aptitudes, and personality characteristics. You may
be encouraged to explore other career opportunities that you hadn’t considered before
after being aware of your personal aspects, qualities, and aptitude.
(3) Before you take the final plunge towards your dream job, it is very important that
you do your homework well. From preparing a striking resume to grooming yourself
to emerge as a clear winner in the interview, there is a lot of ground work necessary
for getting the dream job. You must give these tasks their due attention.
(4) There is a no better avenue for gaining some hands-on experience than internships.
Internships qualify you to face the tougher questions when asked about practical
knowledge and equip you with the experience to do the job well in your new company.
(5) To apply for a good job, timing is very important. Most of the well-paying jobs are
not available for long and hence, grabbing them early is always the best. Networking
through various platforms like LinkedIn or your social circuit can help you to remain
informed about such job opportunities.
(6) This is a win-win situation for everyone. The employees who refer you get incentives
on your selection, the company saves a lot of money to be spent on employment
agencies and you get a direct meeting with the recruiter. Having a good social circuit
can immensely help you in getting good employee referrals.

jobs through job portals. Job portals are there to provide you with a plethora of job
opportunities. They may not provide you with a definite edge over the above options,
yet they widen your reach and make a large database available to you.

adventure. They are well aware of the exact demands of their clients and hence, they
can bolster your chances of winning a big-ticket job opportunity.
