               a cathartic effect to anyone who suffers from negativity and negative thinking patterns.

               • Name your feeling: Naming feelings and giving them definite shape and form makes them
               easier to tackle. An unshaped and unnamed sensation can be unpleasant and overwhelming.

                                        A FEW TOOLS & TECHNIQUES


        If you also find that you are overcome with negative thoughts like Diksha and it affects your
        behaviour and performance in school, here are some suggestions to help you:

        1.  Remind yourself that thoughts are just thoughts. They are not facts. They can be changed.


        2.   Accept that negative thoughts are unavoidable. The key is to not make them so important that
             they become beliefs and start dictating our actions.
