3.   Try to remind yourself that your parents are individuals with their own set of needs, emotions
                 and problems. They deserve your compassion and understanding. Instead of hating them or

                 feeling angry with them, try to understand that they must be disturbed and upset too.

            4.   During a fighting episode, if you are disturbed by the loud voices, try to distract yourself by
                 watching TV or listening to music.  You need not listen and understand everything that is
                 going on.
