            Sharing your feelings is a healthy thing to do. It makes your heart

            feel light and good. Not sharing feelings, on the other hand, makes

            your heart feel heavy. It distracts your mind from everything else

            and tends to make you feel lost.


            You may have a friend whom you trust or maybe a loved one, like


            your mother. Always share your feelings with them and make

            sure you know about theirs, too.
