1.  Press the Undo              button on the Quick               Time Saver
                  Access toolbar to reverse the last action.                   Undo: Ctrl + Z  Redo: Ctrl + Y

            2.  Press the Redo              button on the Quick
                  Access toolbar to cancel an action which was reversed by the Undo command.

             Until you cancel an action using the Undo command, the Redo command acts as the Repeat
                 command. The Repeat command repeats the last action you did in Word.


          COPYING TEXT

          Copying text involves creating a duplicate copy of selected text and using it in a
          document. This does not affect the existing text. The Copy command is used to copy
          selected text.

          To copy text to a new location:
            1.  Select the text you want to copy.

            2.  On the Home tab, click the Copy                   button in the Clipboard group.

            3.  Place the cursor at the location where you want to place the copied text.

            4.  On the Home tab, click the Paste                   button in the Clipboard group.

                  The copied text gets inserted at the new location.
