5 Magic with Tux Paint

Tux Paint is a fun drawing program that provides several tools which not only help
in drawing and colouring pictures, but also in adding special effects to your drawing.

The Magic tool helps you apply different effects to a drawing. The Stamp tool lets
you insert ready-made pictures in different shapes to create interesting drawings.
Let us learn more about these tools.

When Tux Paint starts, the following screen appears.

To use the Magic tool: 1

1. In the Toolbox, click the Magic tool.

The Selector displays various magic effects.

2. Click an effect in the Selector to select it.
3. Click or Click and drag in the Canvas to apply the effect.

4. Release the mouse button once you finish.
