              Looking at the computer screen for a long time can put
              stress on your eyes. To refresh and relax your eyes, do
              the following:
                1.  Sit straight on your chair.

                2.  Blink your eyes rapidly 10-20 times.
                3.  Repeat the exercise after every 30 minutes of work
                       on the computer.
