Productivity services on the Internet allow a user to perform tasks such as creating and managing
documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, collaborating with other team members, and
organising workflow.
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, and Google Calendar are popular productivity tools
on the Internet.
CLOUD FILE STORAGE SERVICES
Cloud file storage is a method for storing data in the cloud
that provides servers and applications access to data
through shared file systems. Cloud file storage allows team
members to access, view, and edit the same files in near,
real-time, and simultaneously, from virtually any location.
Edits are visible to users or groups as they are made, and
changes are synced and saved so that users or groups see
the most recent version of the file.
Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft OneDrive is an online file
storage service developed by Microsoft
Corporation. A user can store documents
and other files, and access them online
from anywhere. The user can also choose
the files to share with other users, and
grant read and write permissions on the
shared files.
